  • Individual Therapy - Youth

    I help young people navigate low self-esteem and self-worth issues, emotional regulation, social challenges and peer relationships, identity exploration, life transitions and family conflict.

    My approach with young clients:
    I go at their pace, give them choice, and create a space where they feel safe to be themselves. Therapy might include play, arts & crafts, and conversation.

  • Individual Therapy - Adults

    I help Adults navigate low self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, depression, overwhelming emotions, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.

    My approach with adults:
    We'll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, make meaning of your story, and work towards accessing your inner strength.

  • Couples Therapy

    I help couples improve communication, resolve ongoing conflicts, strengthen their emotional connection, navigate life transitions together, and work to better understand one another.

    My approach with couples:
    I create a safe space where both partners feel heard. We'll break down patterns, relational dynamics, and what no longer works for you.

What to Expect

First Session

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of our work together, and start to understand your story. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.


Ongoing Sessions:

We’ll go at your pace as we explore what matters to you. Sessions are collaborative — we figure things out together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?
I don’t currently accept insurance directly, but if your plan includes out-of-network benefits for mental health, you might be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company.

The best way to know what your plan covers is to call your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

How much do sessions cost?
$140 per session

How long are sessions?
Sessions are 53-minutes

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to provide flexibility for my clients. My general hours are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Virtual Sessions: Available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
In-Person Sessions: Available Friday

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of your session.

What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you can reschedule for another time within the same week and your session fee will apply to the new appointment.

If you cancel without rescheduling within the week, you’ll be charged the full session fee.

I check messages and emails when I am able to do so during business hours. You can generally expect a response within 24 hours. Please do not use email or phone for urgent or crisis situations.
